Rent Our Theater

Are you interested in renting one of our theater spaces for your next party, event or film screening?

To get the ball rolling on your rental, please fill out THIS FORM, and we’ll reach out to you shortly to confirm. 

Rate and Times:

Please Note:  Currently the downstairs space is not available until further notice, but we are planning to rebuild the space!  For now, all inquiries should be for the upstairs space only.

Our theater can be rented for 3.5 hours for a flat rate of $200 on weekdays before 4pm or weekends before 3pm.  Other days and times are possible but the fee may increase.

Food and Drinks:

You may bring in your own food and drink but we ask that you clean up after yourself and leave the room as you found it.  Any alcohol must be sold and served by our staff as per our liquor license.   We can offer popcorn for 10 or more at a group rate.  Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of this.

Media:

You may bring in your own DVD or BluRay or we can stream through your laptop or our laptop (just remember your login credentials!).  We can also play from a file.

For Filmmakers:

We love hosting local filmmakers! You can rent one of our theater spaces and set up your own ticketing, or in some cases we can offer a box office split. We can also help with promotion and ideas on how make it a successful event.
