Which space is best for you?

Upstairs

- - ✓ Seating for up to 110 people
  - ✓ Best suited for public events, panels, Q&A’s, and large groups
  - ✓ Classic/fixed movie theater seats
  - ✓ Wheelchair accessible
  - ✓ One (1) microphone that runs through our sound system + four (4) tall stools for panel discussions
  - ✓ Small folding table for merch, donations, etc.

Downstairs

- - ✓ Seating for up to 25 adults (or ~30 with kids)
  - ✓ Best suited for birthday parties and small, intimate gatherings
  - ✓ Couch seating
  - ✓ One (1) microphone + four (4) tall stools for panel discussions
  - ✗ Large groups
  - ✗ Wheelchair accessible

Hours & Fees

Daytime Rentals

- Duration: 3.5 hours
- Flat Rate: $250
- Available Times:
  - Weekdays 9AM – 4 PM
  - Weekends 9 AM- 3 PM

Evening/Custom Rentals

- Weekdays & Sundays after 4 PM: Monday-Thursday $250 (downstairs), M-Thursday $350 (upstairs)
- Weekends after 3 PM: Fridays & Saturdays $300 (downstairs); $350 (upstairs)
- Holidays / Special Dates: Please reach out!

Private events:

For private events, renters may provide their own media or have our team source a film on their behalf. We work with a range of formats, including DVD, Blu-ray, downloadable MP4 and DCP. All media — whether digital (DCP or MP4) or physical — must be delivered to us 7 days before your event. This ensures adequate time for ingestion, testing and quality control to provide the best possible event.

Public events:

For public events, renters are welcome to provide their own media or coordinate directly with a filmmaker or distributor to supply the film. Renters are responsible for contacting the distributor, securing screening rights, paying all licensing fees, and managing their own event ticketing. We work with a range of formats, including DVD, Blu-ray, downloadable MP4 and DCP. All media — whether digital (DCP or MP4) or physical — must be delivered to us 7 days before your event. This ensures adequate time for ingestion, testing and quality control to provide the best possible event.

Filmmakers:

We love hosting filmmakers! You can rent one of our theater spaces and handle your own ticketing, or, in select cases, we may offer a box office split. For filmmaker events, filmmakers provide their own media. We work with a range of formats, including DVD, Blu-ray, downloadable MP4 and DCP. We can create a DCP (Digital Cinema Package) in-house at no cost. All media — whether digital (DCP or MP4) or physical — must be delivered to us 7 days before your event. This ensures adequate time for ingestion, testing and quality control to provide the best possible event.

Food & Drink:

You may bring in your own food and drink, but we ask that you clean up after yourself and leave the room as you found it. Any alcohol must be sold and served by our staff as per our liquor license. We’re happy to offer popcorn for small groups (10-35 people) at group rate ($2/serving). Please let us know in your inquiry form if you’d like to take advantage of this.
