Rent Our Theater

Are you interested in renting one of our theater spaces for your next party, event or film screening?

About the Rooms:

Our downstairs space is ideally suited for small intimate gatherings, birthday parties or private screenings.  There is seating for up to 25 adults, or 30 or so with kids.  The seating is all couches downstairs.  The upstairs room is your best bet for public screening events or larger groups.  The seating upstairs is fixed with space for up to 100 people.  We have tables for use in either theater if needed.

Rate and Times:

Our theater can be rented for 3.5 hours for a flat rate of $250. on weekdays before 4pm or weekends before 3pm.  Other days and times are possible but the fee may increase.

Food and Drinks:

You may bring in your own food and drink but we ask that you clean up after yourself and leave the room as you found it.  Any alcohol must be sold and served by our staff as per our liquor license.   We can offer popcorn for 10 or more at a group rate.  Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of this.

Media:

You may bring in your own DVD or BluRay.  We can also typically source a film for you if you let us know ahead of time what you want to watch.   It is also sometimes possible to stream through your own laptop – we unfortunately do not have a laptop suitable for streaming at the theater right now.  

For Filmmakers:

We love hosting local filmmakers! You can rent one of our theater spaces and set up your own ticketing, or in some cases we can offer a box office split. We can also help with promotion and ideas on how make it a successful event.
