Rent Our Theater!

Are you interested in renting one of our theater spaces for your next party, event or film screening? 

Here is how it works:

Birthday parties or other private gatherings

You may rent our downstairs space out for up to 3.5 hours at a flat rate of $200.  This rate applies to weekday rentals up until 4:00 pm and weekends up until 3:00 pm.  You may bring in your own food and drink but we do ask that you clean up after yourselves and leave the room more or less how you find it.  Any alcohol must be purchased through us as per our liquor license agreement.  You may bring in your own DVD or BluRay to play or we can also stream through your laptop (or ours) if you have login credentials.  We offer a discounted group rate for popcorn – please let us know if you would like to reserve this as well.  You may also rent the theater outside of the hours referenced above but the fee may increase depending on the day and time. 

Event rentals and public screenings

Public screening of your own film

We love hosting local filmmakers!  You can rent one of our theater spaces and set up your own ticketing, or in some cases we can offer a box office split.  We can also help with promotion and ideas on how make it a successful event.
